The app throws a connection error right away
The first thing worth checking is your active access key. Keys and subscription links are issued only through the service's Telegram bot, so confirm you actually added the working link inside Happ rather than leaving it sitting in a chat. If you don't have a valid key or it expired, request a fresh one from the bot and reconnect using the steps on the Happ setup page.
You're connected, but pages won't load
When the connection is active but nothing loads, the server is usually the culprit — it may be overloaded or briefly unavailable for your region. The connection keeps coming and going
A flaky connection is usually a network issue rather than a key issue — a mobile carrier, a router blocking VPN traffic, or background restrictions from the OS itself. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, restart Happ, and allow it to run in the background. If drops keep happening across different networks, switch servers right inside the app.
The error showed up after an update or reinstall
A subscription key doesn't carry over automatically after a reinstall — you need to add it again. Open the Telegram bot, find your active subscription, and paste the fresh link into the app. If the bot can't find an active subscription, check your payment status on the Happ account page.
